It was letter Vv day. All of the letter groups worked on figuring out words that start with the sound that Vv makes. Volcano was mentioned in all of the groups both morning and afternoon so… we made a volcano! I bet if you asked you child they could tell you how it was made and also some things that do not work to make one!
Over the next week or so your child will be receiving letter rings or home reading books. There is a parent note included with each one to explain the purpose and how to use the rings. If you have any questions please contact your child’s teacher for more information. Parent teacher conferences will be on February 2 and 3 (Mrs. Smith on Feb 8th) There will be no classes for students on Friday February 3rd. An email was sent out from the conference manager and one from the school messenger to tell you when booking begins. It will be done the same way as it was in September, through your “MyCBEAccount”. Have a good night, The Kinder Team

Today we did our January “Me and a tree”. We are sure that you will be amazed at the changes since September. Some of the classes continue to have books to read for their favorite stories and the rest have finished and are looking forward to showing these off as well at Parent teacher conferences.

They could only use scissors and glue to make it. We had six successful tables!
