BIKE TO SCHOOL DAY tomorrow On June 7th, over 50 schools and an estimated 8000 students, if not more, will be biking to school to participate in Calgary Bike to School Day. The mission of this event is to promote healthy active lifestyles in youth. Bike to School Day is also a community day, one that brings together members of a community and their interest in biking or simply riding with friends. Also, the project will help to show kids that biking not only can take you places far away pretty quickly, but it is a healthy activity that gets them outside.
